A Rare Address Where Nature, Wellness and Connectivity Converge
Thomson Reserve sits on one of District 20’s largest residential plots – approximately 555,067 sqft, or roughly the size of 7 FIFA-standard football fields. That scale is what allows the development to spread its facilities across three distinct clubs rather than a single clubhouse.
The towers themselves are angled rather than built in a straight line, a deliberate move to maximise both internal views across the landscaping and external views out toward MacRitchie and the surrounding greenery.
Across the development, Thomson Reserve is expected to offer approximately 80 facilities in total, organised into three clubs: Island Club, Grand Club and Wellness Club.
Facilities count, naming and site plan are still pending final confirmation from the developer. The site plan currently available is a draft only and subject to change.
ISLAND CLUB – APPROX. 33 FACILITIES
The Island Club sits on the four shorter, 21-storey blocks, built on the highest terrain on site with a level 1 carpark beneath. Being elevated, this cluster is where many of the development’s view-facing facilities are placed.

The Island Club’s centrepiece is a 50m infinity lap pool, positioned to take advantage of the elevated terrain and open sightlines toward the surrounding greenery.

GRAND CLUB – APPROX. 30 FACILITIES
The Grand Club forms the middle portion of the development, spread across two adjoining buildings. This is where the bulk of Thomson Reserve’s facilities are concentrated, including the largest of the pools and function spaces.
100m Lap Pool
The Grand Club’s main pool runs a full 100 metres – one of the longer residential lap pools in the Upper Thomson area, built for residents who swim as part of a regular routine rather than the occasional dip.
